I usually don't like to write long reviews, but my experience with Imani deserves a long well- written review. A colleague of mine referred me to Imani back in 2013. I had just started my practice, a very small practice with my sister as my paralegal and another girl as my legal assistant. We were struggling to get clients at that time and I was highly considering closing my practice and going to work for a big law firm; until I received a phone call from Imani asking me if I was interested in getting a booth at a latino festival to promote my practice giving legal advice. I was not in a financial position to spend money, but Imani looked very optimistic and positive about it. She had full knowledge of the latino market and the need that the community has for immigration services. With a little trepidation I decided to accept Imani's offer and in 3 days we had everything ready for the festival, from flyers to souvenirs for the people. We did absolutely everything she told us to do. We were at the festival a total of 3 days, and signed up 163 people of which 54 became clients. Those 54 clients referred us to other clients and so on. My luck changed completely thanks to the advised and knowledge of Imani. My practice has now grown, we have more attorneys and staff ready to serve the community. I would like to thank Imani for all her help and teaching, thanks to her my practice is successful.
